CONSENT for processing personal data and obtaining advertising
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Consent")
1. I hereby, in pursuance of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (as amended and supplemented), Federal Law No. 38-ФЗ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" (as amended and supplemented) freely, with my own will and in my interest give my consent to the Limited Liability Company "LEADER GROUP", INN / CAT 7704365716/770401001, address: 125009, Moscow, Vozdvizhenka street, 10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), its branches and separate subdivisions, as well as operators ensuring confidential storage of the Company's data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the processing of their personal data specified during registration and / or leaving the application for receipt of an offer and / or signing for the receipt of advertising information by filling out the web form on the Company's website (http://leader-groupp.ru) (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") completed and sent using the Site.
Personal information is considered any information relating to me as a subject of personal data, including: surname, name, patronymic, passport data, date and place of birth, address of residence, contact information (home phone number, mobile phone number, work phone number, e-mail address), family, social and property status, education, occupation, car information (if there is a car), data about me that will become known during the execution of contracts (in the case of contracts between me and the Company as well as other publicly available information about me.

- technical support for the processing of information, documentation and personal data using automation tools and without such use.
3. I agree to receive advertising and allow the Company and Operators to send SMS messages to me, as well as other types of mailings and notices, including advertising, using any means of communication.
4. I agree and permit the Company and the Operators to combine my personal data into the personal data information system and process my personal data, with the help of automation tools or without the use of such means, or by using other software specially developed for the Company and Operators. Work with personal data information systems is carried out according to the algorithm prescribed by the Company and / or Operators (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). Used methods of processing, including but not limited to: automatic verification of postal codes with a code base, automatic verification of spelling of street names, settlements, clarification of data with me (via postal service, e-mail, phone communication (including mobile communication), facsimile, Internet network), segmentation of the information base according to specified criteria, periodic contacts with me through phone communication (including mobile communication), via e-mail or the Internet.
5. I am hereby notified by the Company, as well as on behalf of the Operators, that the alleged users of personal data are employees of the Company / Operators (as well as persons involved under the terms of a civil law contract).
6. I am aware that:
The present consent to the processing of my personal data and receipt of advertising is unlimited and can be withdrawn by sending a written application to the Company and Operators referred to in paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The date of recall is the day following the day of delivery to the Company and Operators of a written application for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data and / or receipt of advertising;
I have the right to access to my personal data, to require the updating (updating, modification) of my personal data, as well as the removal and destruction of my personal data in the event of their processing by the Company and the above Operators who are violating my legal rights and interests or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. I undertake to notify the Company and / or the Operator immediately with the provision of supporting documents in the event of a change in my personal data, information about me.
8. This Agreement is recognized by me, the Company, Operators as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising, according to art. 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and Article 18 of the Federal Law dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising".
9. By this Agreement I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and also I confirm the reliability of the provided data.
10. I understand that by registering and / or leaving an application for an offer and / or subscribing to the receipt of advertising information on the Site, I agree to the conditions described in this Agreement.
